Diversions to secretary and or
clerk
The default setting for the phone system is for the call
to divert after ringing for 14 seconds to the secretary's
phone, if there is one or if not, then to the clerk's phone.
To activate that diversion, dial 30.
To remove that diversion, dial 31
If the secretary's phone does not answer the call, the current default software as at September 2008 does not allow the call then to divert to the clerk's phone. You need to contact the telephone technician (x7933) to make a special arrangement (profile for multi-hops) for this to happen.
