| The Victorian Bar is an association of independent
barristers based in Victoria providing legal representation
and assistance to the community.
Each member has undertaken by signing the Roll of Counsel
to practise exclusively as a barrister.

The association is incorporated under the Associations Incorporation
Act 1981 as "The Victorian Bar Inc". It is a constituent member of the Law Council
of Australia and is affiliated with the Australian Bar Association.
